Quick disconnects allow you to detach and re-attach your Jeep swaybar quickly and easily. Swaybars are great when you're on the pavement because they reduce body roll and improve handling. When you're offroad though, swaybars can severely limit suspension flex (hence the need to disconnect). If you take your Jeep off-road regularly, swaybar quick disconnects are essential.
