Body lifts consist of a set of blocks/spacers to sit between your Jeep's body and frame. These "spacers" allow the body to sit up higher than it normally would (giving you more clearance to fit larger tires). Unlike a suspension lift, a body lift does NOT come with larger springs...as result, you don't get any additional suspension travel/flex with a body lift.
