Bestop HighRock 4x4 Fender Flares #49251 | |

The HighRock flares are made of ABS. One of the four arrived in the box with no holes drilled. Many of the holes didn't match the factory holes in my Rubicon. Had the flares on for about two months, this weekend I went out in -15C and the front right fender flare was hit by a small (2 in) stick kicked up by the front tire. Flare broke into three pieces like it was made of glass. Called Bestop and they said cold weather wasn't covered (and hinted that the product was not made to withstand cold temps). $400 wasted on that purchase. Next time I'll try Xenon urethane. I'd stay away from these if you are a hardcore Jeeper or live someplace cold. ABS sucks! |

Over all, they are functional and provide way more protection than the stocks with my 30x9.50s I got a pair that faded after about a week, however Bestop replaced them for me (got them from JC Whit) free of charge no questions asked! Only gripe is i dont like the little fenderette at the ends of them, makes rockers difficult to install. |
