JKS Adjustable Front Track Bar - Reviews
JKS Makes Good | |

Update to my scathing review after finding interference with my D30. I tried contacting JKS one more time about the problem and they sent me a new bar at their own expense and it has completely solved the problem. Also, when my friend with a JK found his front adjustable track bar was flexing tremendously under load, I contacted Jim at JKS tech support about the problem and again they sent a new revised bar at no cost. Yes, I had problems to begin with, but they were finally corrected on the second attempt to contact the company. I can now say that this bar is as good as the other outstanding jks products on my jeep. Highly recommend their stuff and now their service too. |

Strong but hits D30 diff

Well built product, and is stout. Still strong after whacking the diff repeatedly. When I contacted JKS, their sollution was "It shouldn't hit the diff." 99 XJ 4.75 lift.

Major interference with cover of D30

Yes this is a stout product, but the interference with the differential cover is unacceptable and will break something sometime. The JKS website says it might interfere with a D44, but mine is the smaller D30 and it hits big time. When I contacted JKS about the problem, they said I needed more lift or I could put in larger bumpstops. Obviously, these people are satisfied with mediocrity. More lift won't solve the problem because the suspension will still flex up to the interference point (unless the springs are so stiff it can't). And the larger bumpstops will cure the interference only by severely limiting travel. Stay away unless you only care about lift height and don't care about off-road performance. These people ought to consider paying their engineers more...or maybe they need to hire some suspension engineers. |

Used an adjustable track bar from another company, that completely sheared off during normal day driving, bought another track bar from the same brand that busted at the johnny joint, and then finally bought the JKS adjustable track bar that has yet to break or even look old. Would I buy it again? of course!

I have both the JKS front track bar, and the quicker disconnects. I'm impressed by their quality. Solid product. Couldn't be happier.

I installed this on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ with an OME suspension. I thought it went on easily and performs like it is advertised to.

Fit, finish are first class. Having three other lesser brands of trackbar make me appreciate this excellent product even more.

I bought the JKS adjustable front track bar for my 93 Xj with a 3" lift. I was amazed at how beefy the bar is and liked the quality of the welds and design. Easy to put on and adjust.

JKS, not for everyone! | |

JKS is a very sturdy built bar, unfortunately it doesn't fit all jeep! I added one to my 01 TJ with an OME lift and it hits the differential cover. I contacted JKS and the only workable solution they offered was to contact the dealer where I purchased it. I assume he will offer to refund my money upon return.
