Worst looking item on our Rubicon are the Warn bumpers-faded and look like junk

Warn bumper, brush bar, winch kit & 8,000 winch purchased for a 2006 TJ. I was impressed with the construction, and the weight of the bumper and the brush bar. The Warn winch of course remains the best available. Complete hardware provided. In 1983 I purchased a Warn winch bumper kit for my 1978 Scout Terra and was impressed then how well the kit was manufactured and installed. |

Great fuction and design. The powder coat looks horrible faded really badly. The push bar is really shiny while the bumper is faded to a grayish color. Tried everything to clean them up but no dice. Sure they work as designed but by far the worst looking item on the Jeep. Not to mention cheap looking.

For the price this is the best front bumper you can buy. The materials and construction is superb, and the winch mounting plate is simple and effective. Only complaints are the cut out w's, powder coating could be better, and I think for just a little bit more there are some better bumpers out there, but still a good bumper for the price for those on a budget....or those more interested in a lift kit :)

The bumper presents a clean and precise look. The holes are accurate and removal of the warn winch plate is not necessary. The cut out W on each side of the bumper acts as a receptical for a high-lift jack. Down-side is the cut-out W.

Quality construction - easy install on my YJ. Also have the Warn brush bar and a MileMarker winch. Would buy again.

I enjoy my rockcrawler bumper - it doesn't have a lot of hoops and protrusions like some of the latest designs, but sticks to the fundamentals: 1) Beveled edges - doesn't hang up on rocks 2) Good clevis mounts (not thin, flimsy ones) 3) Solid construction (thick steel, lots of strength) 4) Good fit & finish |
