| The art of customer service is alive well at Toys by Troy. I bought the combo front bumper ,back bumper Tire carrier and rock steps package, from an online company JeepRage. I had it shipped to me in Tucson ...did the installs myself .. I noticed an odd spot on the powder coat on my back bumper. A couple months later on a trip to Phoenix I stopped by Troys by TOYS ..they had thier powder coat guy look at it ... a few minutes later Troy arrived and looked at it... he also noticed I had not lined up my rock step.. so he had his guys take them off and reinstall them, and he put on a Brand new bumper...at get this no charge !Toys by Troy has earned my business now my respect. |

| Ok, I'll start on a good note....The Bumper is very strong and the customer service from TBT is great...Now the problems, first of all the finish is absolutely TERRIBLE, the receiver wont fit a normal trailer receiver (I had to bore mine out), and last it rattles terribly, almost un-bearable(I had to put gasket guard all over it to quiet it down)...I havent talked to TBT yet about these problems, but just wanted to make everyone aware of whats goin on with mine.... | |

| i have looked at a lot of diffrent bumper / tire carriers before i got this one. it is very stout and praticle. one thing that i really liked about the tire carrier is that where the tire carrier mounts to the bumper it has a greese fitting, very convinient. no rattle when on or off road and comes with a hi-lift mounting plate on the right side of the tire. plate is at a 15 degree angle to reduce height of lift poking over your top/roll cage. side note i also have the matching front bumper and both are just great! | |
