Not great, not bad...just a cheesy body lift

First, body lifts are pretty lame. but I had to throw one on to clear 35's before buying a long arm kit. Now the body lifts gone, and Im much happier. Cheesey as it was, the lift was easy to instal (im no mechanic). The shifter relocation bracket and radiater bracket suck all day. Arabias removed the lift and even they complained about taking all that crap off. Anyway, if your cheesy and need a lift...this one is good as any. otherwise, just get a real suspension lift, that wont push through the body after a few years

The only problem i had was the stupid hose extension for the fuel vent was too big, also broke the transfer case shifter extension really easily.

I installed a 1 inch body lift about a year or two ago and its holding up just fine. A really easy install. Worth the money.

I am a Jeep Newbie and wanted to do some simple lifts for my 32x11.5. Choose the PA 1" Body Lift to add a little extra to my 2" DayStar BB. Installation was easy!!!! Needed some extra 4x4 blocks for my hydrolic jack (no big). Also it's tricky (tight quarters) installing the bumper stops, had to remove the headlight trim (but not the headlight). Also cleaned up and painted (black) the newly exposed gap. It is hardly noticeable. Use online installation instructions!! The ones from PA are overkill. For me, I did not need to do the transfer case drop, just the radiator. Take your time here too. It's tight quarters. The new ratchet wrenches help a lot. Good lifting.

Installed them on my 01 TJ SE, and 05 Rubicon. 1" in both cases. In both cases, I installed 1" Motor Mount spacers (Goferit Offroad and JKS respectively... Both worked fine, but I prefer the JKS) Because of the motor mount lifts, all I had to do was install the spacers and bolts. It was really easy, except for bolting in the grill supports. Had to remove the headlights. It still took less than an hour, and anyone can do it. |

I installed the 2" BL on my 95YJ. Easy install, did it myself in the driveway. Be careful of all your hoses & lines,& radiator fan. One problem I found to watch for is your power brake vacuum hose,I needed a slightly longer one when finished. |
