Better off to save your money and buy a good winch they cheap built i had a 12000 tabor on a 3/4 ton chevy used bout 4 times before i twristed the housin in half wouldn`t buy another one | |

I had a "tabor" winch on my ride. Mine was the "magnum" which is the same winch, just older.It was a fantastic product for the price. Mine did see quite a bit of use, and only had one problem. The selector lever to free spool became hard to turn. I used a adjustable wrench on it, and it snapped off. This was my fault and not the manufactures. I installed a new knob, lubed the mechanisim inside the housing and all is good. | |

excellent quality for basic trail winch..have used in catskill mountains of new york..slow but not a turtle and gets the job done. | |
