Jeep Liberty
The Jeep Liberty KJ was introduced to the market in 2002. The Liberty was originally meant to replace the Cherokee XJ, but arguably isn't nearly as capable a vehicle offroad. Many people believe that the Liberty marks Jeep's departure from producing true offroad-tested vehicles. The Liberty has independent front suspension (ie. no solid front axle) which many long-term Jeepers feel is its downfall offroad. The Liberty was updated in 2008 and the new model was dubbed the KK.
