My fiance and I went on our first Jamboree and couldn't believe what we did. The Northwoods are stunning (and we live in Wisconsin.) It is perfect timing for the fall colors to start, which makes for great pictures. The trail guides are so friendly they helped make our trip unforgetable. The trails are fun and challenging, more than we expected. We didn't realize what Jeeps could do. The people we met we've tried to stay in touch with and I think we'll see many of them back next year. Other than the price it is awesome. We think it is worth it for anyone who is a first timer or avid off roader. Hope to see you there | |

Took my son to our first JJ and just had a blast. The trails were "in" the Nicolet National forest so the scenery is just beautiful. The trail the first day (Inner circle) was perfect for a first timer at one of these events. while I have wheeled Jeeps for many years, I did learn a few things from the trail guides. The trail the second day (Frayed & Barney) was just a total blast all day long. The guides on this trail were top notch and laid out the path's very nicely. My son had a smile on his face that didn't stop until we pulled back on to the pavement to go back to the convention center that evening. The only down fall to these JJ events is the cost. But they do feed you VERY well, which is included in the price and have a ton of great gifts to raffle off. The heavy price gouging on the hotel rooms in Crandon WI. during this event did not sit very well with me at all, but that is in no way the JJ sponsors problem. Mainly just the "locals" greed. We met so many nice people on this event. Already planning our next one. |
