This sells out early year after year for a reason. The trails have something for everyone, the trail guide are the best, scenery is phenomenal, mountains, mud, rock, wildlife, foliage etc. it's all here. Lobster dinner was a bonus. My only complaint is I never win anything good at the give away at the end, what's up with that? | |

Bethel is a quaint little town near the Sunday River ski area in Maine. There are some great trails in this Jamboree (the fall foliage adds to the atmosphere). I attended this Jamboree in 2003 and had a great time. The event was very well organized, the trails were challenging, and the people were great. I've met the Jeep Jamboree founders (the Smith family) at both of the Jamborees I've been to and they are a class act. My wife and I made new friends at our first Jamboree that we still keep in touch with. The only knock on the Jeep Jamborees are the price, it can get pretty steep for two people plus lodging expenses (this is what prohibits me from going to more of them). Otherwise, I think these are great events...good people, good wheelin, great times. |
