| Unbelievable! I thought it was a legitimate website and i even talked to him on the phone to place the order. It was roughly $1500 order and he only sent me 500 worth and then never returned my 15+ emails and 20+ phone calls.. So... I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they gave him a month or whatever to plead his case. Thank God he's a lazy Piece of S**T and didn't do it so i got alll my money back and the parts he initially sent. BEWARE!!!!!!! |

| You know the saying, when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is... Well, long story short. Ordered some parts (cheapest prices I could find online) from these guys, 3 weeks later, no parts, no tracking number, no response to not 1, not 2, not 3, but 8+ emails and countless unanswered phone calls. Now I'm in the process of taking it up with my CC company to get my money back. Don't waste your time with these guys! | |

| I order parts from this company, after half of them arrived a week later, i tried to call them to find out where the other half were. NO ONE returned my telephone calls, After i called them NO LESS then 35 times over a two week period, again with NO Contact, I emailed them. They responded until I told them who i was and they stopped responding to my emails. NO one would tell me where my parts were or provide me a tracking number. I found out through someone outside thier company that my parts were sent to thier company and they did not ship them out. After four weeks and NO CONTACT with ANYONE in thier company the parts arrived. If they would have told me there was a problem with the shipping of the parts i would have no problems with them. MY PROBLEM is they refuse to commuicate with me. I beleive this company is a scam company becuase they tired to keep my parts after i paid for them. I'm sure they will not post this review becuase they know i'm right and their service is wrong, but i will find many other sites to post my concerns. I have told alot of people in the race circle im in and i will contiune to spread the word. This review is about thier poor service they provided. |

| Ordered a detroit locker on 01-28-11 Have never recieved it. They HAVE received payment. Will not return calls or e-mails. Have tried several times both ways. Will not respond. | I ordered off their ebay site a 40 dollar part they should have in stock,,never got tracking number, i call 3days later, no answer, no call backs, i sent emails, noe responses,,i'll never shop there again, still hoping to get my part,,they are shady,,feels like i'm shopping out of someones basement. No one ever answers the phone. VFery bad service. i should spent the extra 5 bucks somewhere else!!!! | |

| I have used Alex before (4 yrs ago) and had not trouble, however, in sending him 2 Land Rover differentials for trutrac install, I have not heard from him in over 4 weeks, and he has not called me back after multiple calls and emails. I have even asked him to simply return my parts, but still no response. Alex, I'm happy to take this down if you will return my diffs. Buyer beware. |

Got Great Prices and Fast Service |

| I ordered $700 worth of parts from them, I emailed them twice before the sale which they responded promptly, and called twice and talked to them both times with no problems, I got my stuff in a week from ordering...... So I am not sure what others had problems with as far as communication I had nothing but great service. I ordered the PORC Ring and Pinion with Master Install kits for $369, I was under the impression the gears were American made, but they are made in Korea, I read mixed reviews on Korea made gears with many saying the American Gears are all cut in Korea....so I have mixed feelings on the gears, the install kits that came are G2 install kits and they have great reviews... so I am good with those. I also ordered a Carrier for my Dana 44, and a pinion yolk with u-bolt instead of straps, all these items looked to be of quality. I was also able to order a ProComp poly bushings and a trackbar bracket from them and they met the best price I found on the net, along with these items I got some d-rings, mirror re-locators, and hitch shackle kit, all which looked good and were an excellent price. All in All I have to say I am real happy with my workings with PORC and will be doing business with them again. |

| If you find something cheaper than what they have listed call them, tell them where you found it, they will look it up and beat that price! Alex knows his stuff. I have called to ask his opinion on things (without buying anything)and he's been happy to take time out of his day to help. Customer service is slow sometimes but they do have other people to take care of and they are a smaller operation. I have returned things before and they have worked with me. Just about everybody charges a restock fee. Plus, return policy is right on the bill if you look. If it was shipped from their location it was shipped fast. Great place to deal with!!! I will continue to buy from them!! | |

| This is the second and last time I will order from PORC. Both times it took my order over 3 weeks to ship and I only bought stuff that I would think would be in stock; u-bolts, SYE-kit, etc. They have some of the lowest prices, but DO NOT EVER return emails or calls and the live chat is never online. I would rather pay a few extra dollars to someone else that ships orders in the same century. | |

| These guys talk a good game but do not deliver. I spent in excess of $15,000 (not a miss print). The work was shoddy and largely incomplete. They had my jeep for 11 months for something that should probably take about 40 hours for a competent tech to complete. They made illegal modifications to my jeep making it illegal to tag in any state, even for off-road use. I even specifically asked them not to. I did not even get jam nuts for the steering. Are you kidding me? Seriously run the other way. Do not even let them change your oil! They do not mind screwing you at all. | |

| If you dont care about customer support this are the guys for you. The have the chepest prices in a lot of things in their Online Store. Now don't expect to get a hold of them, they wold not answer; Emails, phone calls or their stupid live customer support from the website. | I have dealt with these guys several times and spent around 4000 dollars with them. They have good prices but if theres a problem good luck getting touch with them. Its like they just up and leave for a couple of weeks at the time. I`ve been tring to call them for 3 weeks on an order I put in 1 month ago. This is my first time having this problem but I sent a couple of buddies to them and they had a nightmare getting there stuff. Should have learned from them. Just pay a little more and get your stuff from someone worth a damn. | |

| I ordered a bumper/tire carrier to made for my TJ. Alex tells me it will be to my door in nine days. The day before I am supposed to receive it they email and tell me it isn't ready! Six and half weeks later I get only half the bumper (no tire carrier) eight weeks later I still don't have the tire carrier. I have left twenty six messages and sent several emails, and been put on terminal hold only to be disconnected, no response from Alex yet! Good luck buying from PORC! The only reason I gave the any stars is because they do have good prices if you ever get the products. | |
