Don't waist your time with these clowns. They get you to order then surprise 4 to 6 weeks later no roof. Called customer service if that what you wanted to call it after the sent me a cancellation notice( 6 weeks later)and they say i cancelled the order. There rude, and lack and professional courtesy in my opinion. I would gladly pay more for better service. They emailed me 6 weeks later to inform me of my cancellation. Thanks | |

Selling Leaking Tops and No Warranty | |

Purchased a Rampage Soft top brand new. Next day after installation we had some rain. I went out to get into the vehicle and the two front seats were wet. A brand new top and it leaked after the first day. Tops4less refused to refund my money since the top had been installed. Contacted Rampage and they refused to refund my money for the same reason. My suggestion: Stay away from both Rampage and tops4less. | |

I bought a top of the line $800 replacement top with a so-called "five year warranty." Now they are telling me the warranty does not cover the zipper, after it failed before two years were up. |

Ordered a bikini top and header for our Jeep on June 16, 2011. No where on the order did it tell me it was backordered, or shipping would be delayed. The header arrived in less than a week, which was quite impressive. By June 23rd, we had not received the top. Tried to call customer service several times and only received voice mail. Sent email requesting to know when the top was/will be shipped. After 24 hours, received email that top will be shipped within a day or two. June 29th, no update on item being shipped. Contacted customer service again...again by email as all phone calls went to voice mail. Received email on July 5th that item is backordered and expected to ship in 5-10 days. Again contacted customer service. This time cancelled the order since I did not receive a call back within 2 hours of leaving my message. Will not ever purchase from again as they tell you one thing one and another the next. You get what you pay for, and the saving of $10 is not worth the hassle!! | |
